Phase 2: Evidence Synthesis
Systematic review of cost-effectiveness evidence, local adaptation of intervention parameters, and modeling of health benefit package scenarios using FairChoices tool.
Phase 3: Stakeholder Engagement
Multi-level stakeholder consultations with federal, provincial, and local governments, healthcare providers, and community representatives to validate findings.
Phase 4: Implementation Support
Development of implementation guidelines, capacity building programs, and monitoring frameworks for provincial health benefit package rollout.
