  • Support the rollout of the Universal Health Insurance (UHI) law by defining evidence-based benefit packages
  • Analyze the cost-effectiveness of primary healthcare interventions to reduce out-of-pocket spending
  • Evaluate the impact of health benefit packages on different socioeconomic groups across Egypt’s governorates
  • Strengthen institutional capacity for priority setting within the Ministry of Health and Population
